2019 Sunseeker Manhattan 52
The 2019 Sunseeker Manhattan 52 is a hardtop motor yacht with a crew cabin and a hydraulic platform, kept in Hamble and used privately. She is not a charter boat. Two summers of Solent use are on the file, with Med-spec air conditioning fitted and actually run, rather than listed and left.
The galley was refitted in 2024. The saloon and aft deck are the reason people look at this model: one level from the wheel to the cockpit, with the hardtop keeping the helm usable when the river breeze gets up. Three cabins, six berths, and three heads. The MAN V8 1,000s show 410 hours.
The owner has the build sheets and a clear inventory. Shore power, heating, and a dinghy are aboard. A viewing can be done afloat at Hamble without moving her, and the brokerage will say what is original and what was changed in the 2024 refit before you step off the pontoon.
