2014 Lagoon 450
This is the owners' version of the 2014 Lagoon 450, with four cabins and standing rigging that has been replaced. She has cruised the Balearics privately, not as a charter cat, and she is lying in Palma with Mar Brava Brokerage.
The sails are 2022. The starboard Yanmar was rebuilt in 2025; the pair are 54hp and the hours on the file are 3,200. Four cabins, eight berths, and four heads suit a family who want a cabin each and still have the owner's layout rather than a charter conversion.
She is a catamaran, so the draft and beam are the figures to read before you book a berth. The platform and the sugar-scoop are the usual way on and off, and the brokerage can walk you through the bridgedeck, the saloon, and the cabins in that order. VAT is paid.
A viewing is afloat in Palma. If a surveyor wants the hulls out, the brokerage will say which yard they use and what the last lift showed. The photographs follow her from the water, the deck, and the harbour she sits in, and the video is the kind of marina arrival you get at the end of a Balearic day.
